    We're seeking a highly motivated, self-starting Technical Account Manager to support sales of our ePayment solutions. In this role you will support business development, sales, and marketing by providing your application expertise and product support to prospective advertising agency clients. Product demos will be a large component of this role, so your professional presentation and communication skills are paramount.

    The ideal candidate will be self-directed and adept at using critical thinking skills to solve challenges. This position requires excellent project management skills, and strong analytical thinking with attention to detail. We are looking for a high energy individual who has the ability to manage multiple projects working collaboratively in a team environment, while also maintaining autonomy regarding specific projects and responsibilities. The candidate will be goal and revenue focused.

    Responsibilities:

    • Actively participate in full sales cycle including discovery, opportunity evaluation, proof of concept support, and opportunity closure
    • Responsible for development and delivery of product demonstrations
    • Responsible for representing the product at a high level to customers on site and via webinars as well as off-site field events such as conferences and seminars

    We are looking for a Back End Engineer, based in our Los Angeles headquarters, to join our Engineering team!

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Develop new features in Java, Python, and SQL for the FastPay platform based on business technical requirements, with strong focus on building data oriented API's 
    • Actively participate in all data development projects, including report building, query optimization, ad hoc report queries, design and documentation, ETL scheduling and implementation for both NoSQL data stores and open source RDBMS, e.g. MySQL
    • Create and update technical documentation for projects including: functional specifications, process design and decomposition, data dictionaries, schema models, data flow, and entity relationship
    • Collaborate closely and regularly with the other teams, including Quality Engineering, Platform Engineering, Product Development, Project Management and Customer Service

    The seller role requires engaging with CXOs and key Finance leaders of media agencies to understand their payment processes and challenges related to paying invoices.The purpose of the role is to establish strategic business relationships with new and existing clients while driving client satisfaction and maximizing revenue results.

    Responsibilities:

    • Achieve assigned sales quota for your given territory by selling FastPay’s portfolio of ePayment technology services and software development offerings for media industry clients.
    • Present FastPay’s value propositions and offerings to prospects and new clients.
    • Build a territory strategy, leveraging existing pipeline, targeted account planning, prospecting efforts, and marketing initiatives.
    • Maintain pipeline progress and forecast accuracy, and opportunity progression via Salesforce.
    • Drive FastPay’s sales process and methodologies, collaborating with internal stakeholders (Customer Relationship, Marketing, Operations) to effectively close new client deals.
    • Be proficient in identifying, validating, and building relationships with all key individuals within a client’s organization.

    The Role:

    The Operations Manager is responsible for ensuring the operations team is running as well as it possibly can, with a smooth efficient service that meets the expectations and needs of other departments and customers.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Directly manage and direct Operational staff including weekly 1x1 for the Business Analyst team, performing reviews, goal setting, etc.
    • Ensure software, products, and services meet operational standards
    • First point of contact when any technical issues arise that relate to the payments program

    The Role:

    The Role:

    The Product Manager is an accomplished achiever in designing, building and owning great software products. The person in this critical role obtains input from a wealth of sources, both externally and internally, to evolve existing products and innovate new solutions. We are looking for someone who has demonstrated product management skills, has achieved impressive results, and has technical expertise in the field of software, electronic payments, or general financial services.

    We are looking for a Product Manager based in either our Los Angeles HQ or Framingham, MA.

     

    Responsibilities:

    • Collect and synthesize product research from prospects, customers, partners, and others within the industry through via interviews, networking, attending conferences, and leveraging other professional and company-established relationships.
    • Continuous immersion in the in the media and B2B payments industry to understand trends and strategic shifts. Make recommendations about how to best capitalize on industry changes.
    • Interact with Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and Operations to triangulate input from internal teams with market research and industry knowledge.
    • Work closely with UI/UX designers and Engineering to bring your ideas to life
    • Recommend the nature and scope of present and future product lines
    • Provide detailed product specifications and requirements
    • Solicit input and collaborate with other product managers and engineers to refine product requirements and planning
    • Author detailed user stories, use cases, and acceptance conditions
    • Work closely with project managers to organize and manage product development and product launches
    • Work in an agile framework and understand the scrum process

     

    Requirements:

    • 3 - 5 years of relevant work experience, ideally in SaaS software and platform technology
    • BA/BS or relevant experience
    • Strong technical aptitude with an ability to envision technology that inspires users and enables them to work efficiently and effectively
    • Demonstrated ability clearly articulate concepts, requirements, and requests both in writing and verbally
    • Passion for web-based technology products and services with a focus on the finance industry
    • Ability to drive the execution of the product according to our long-term product vision
    • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, combined with strong business and technical acumen
    • Strong multi-tasking, and project management skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
    • Proven self-starter who can be productive and successful with limited supervision
    • Track record of success driving outcomes across an organization with multiple stakeholders
    • Ability to elicit cooperation from key stakeholders and other departments
