  • Media Operations Analyst

    Full Time

Having spent years analyzing invoices and executing electronic payments, we have industry-expertise that allows us to meet the needs of our long-standing clients.

    The Role:

    Want to be part of the media world by working directly with leading media agencies to support their advertising payments through or ePay platform to the most influential media outlets?  The Media Operations Analyst assists with ensuring successful onboarding, analysis, and ensuring all media payments are dispatched through FastPay. The Media Operations Analyst is responsible supporting FastPay products and services to their contracted media agencies and brands.  This role provides customer support to the client, suppliers and our banking partners to ensure success of the ePay program.  This role reports to the Operations Manager.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Provide service and support to media agencies and brands for FastPay products and services
    • Responsible for ensuring that all assigned payments are delivered and processed in a timely manner
    • Research the complex media industry to create accurate organizational structures, payment acceptance policies and methods of media suppliers using databases, publicly available information online and smart data mining techniques
    • Educate media suppliers, agencies, and brands about FastPay products and assist in media payment discrepancies via calls and emails
    • Update internal systems with media supplier changes and provide detailed reporting for management, customers and partners
    • Collaborate with teammates and management to continually shift priorities based on department and client needs
    • Provide feedback, recommendations, and guidance for improving processes, systems, products, communication methods, etc.

    Requirements

    • Entry level with 1-2 years’ experience in sales, hospitality, retail, and/or customer service
    • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
    • Ability to rapidly connect with people and lead discussions in a friendly and conversational manner
    • High comfort level with MS Office suite of products, rapid data entry (50+ wpm) and working with databases
    • Problem-solving skills and enjoys finding solutions to challenges
    • Ambition to perform in a fast-paced, sales-oriented environment
    • Highly collaborative and thrives in a team environment

     

  • Media Payments Coordinator

    The Role:

This role also provides transactional support to media suppliers ensuring that payments are processed efficiently and without error. This role receives day-to-day direction from the Payments Team Leader and reports to the Operations Manager.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Provide service and support for payments dispatched by media agencies through FastPay’s ePay platform
    • Responsible for ensuring that all assigned payments are delivered and processed in a timely manner
    • Research the complex media industry to create accurate organizational structures, payment acceptance policies and methods of media vendors using databases, publicly available information online and smart data mining techniques
    • Actively engage with media suppliers via phone and email to form relationships in order to qualify payment acceptance and methods
    • Assist in media payment discrepancies via outbound and inbound calls and emails
    • Update internal systems with media supplier changes

    Requirements

    • 1-2+ years’ work or internship experience
    • Media knowledge, data entry, accounts payable, or operations experience a plus!
    • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
    • Strong organizational skills
    • High comfort level with MS Office suite of products, especially Excel
    • Rapid data entry (40+ wpm) and comfortable working with databases
    • Attention to detail and places a high value on accuracy

  • Business Development Representative - Intern

    • Send  prospecting emails a day
    • Make 5-10 prospecting calls a day to obtain meetings for sales folks nor to qualify leads
    • maintain a follow up list
    • Pull lists for sales people and append new data to rank prospects value

    Requirements

    • Excellent phone and interpersonal communication skills (verbal and written)
    • Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
    • Experience working and succeeding in an achievement driven environment
    • Experience working with Salesforce or other CRM preferred
    • 6 Months to 1 Year of corporate experience in an inside sales environment preferred

    The Sales Analyst collates, analyzes, and reports on sales data. Specifically, they collect data from a diverse range of sources, in order to better understand business performances, customer trends, and market developments.  Sales analyst crunches these numbers and creates clear reports for their management teams. The actionable insights within these reports can help businesses preemptively adjust key strategies, in order to protect and increase revenue.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Create easy to understand reports from a large amount of data.
    • Analyze sales reports to understand the story that’s being told.
    • Create and present insightful reports, based on analyses.
