About Secil
Secil Baysal is SVP & GM, Media at FastPay. Secil has 20 years of experience in financial technology and alternative lending.
He started his career at McKinsey’s Financial Institutions Practice and then worked at Capital One where he was the chief of staff of the President and the head of the thin files credit segment.
In 2005 he joined Green Dot as part of the early management team saw it grow from a start-up to a public company with over $500m in revenue.
More recently, he was the US country head for two UK-based firms, Skrill and Wonga. Secil holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a B.A. in Economics and Management from Bosphorus University.
